While developing a new program for my brand, I depended on Susan Thornhill to help me understand the customer’s perception and whether or not it would be detrimental to the business. With great ownership and collaboration, Susan developed and implemented a comprehensive hybrid approach using qualitative and quantitative research that was most appropriate for achieving my objectives. In addition, she introduced new research techniques which I now plan to include in future research projects.

With a fresh perspective, Susan offered intelligent interpretation of all findings, which allowed me and my team to react strategically and assure a successful program design. Without hesitation, I look forward to working with Thornhill Associates again in the near future.
